Although Alaskan natives usually sew mukluks by hand, the mukluks in this pattern are unique in that they can be machine sewn with a minimum of hand work. Designed by Gene Tapp, these mukluks have a lining of 9 oz Jen-Cel-Lite with an outer shell of fabric or fur.
