Clock not included. If you need the clock mounting hole larger just wrap a pencil with fine sandpaper and you can easily make the hole bigger. This would be an adorable addition to any indoor or outdoor decor.

Still sealed. Had to cut plastic on bottom to photograph the instruction sheet. The steeple is a separate piece, the manufacturer has it wrapped in bubble wrap inside the church.

Unpainted California creations craft house. It wobbles back and forth a little but it’s made like that so when you put a cord under it to light the house it will be stable. The school is chipped in a few spots on the roof and the chimney piece.
