This vintage Korean fabric features a repeating geometric pattern in large red and yellow squares, two across the width of the fabric. I found it in a rural market in Korea the mid 1970's. The cloth was a typical pattern, used to make fabric bags for carrying market items, head kerchiefs, and quilt covers. There is one pieces 42x132, big enough to contain full squares. There is a small tear 36 inches up and 12 inches in from one edge. There are two other pieces, one with 4 complete suqares and one with one square which I include as 'freebies'. The cotton material is durable and versatile, allowing for a variety of crafting possibilities.
